Pollution Technology Inc. can assist you with your Emergency Planning Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA) annual reporting. Under EPCRA Tier II reporting is management by the Division of Military Affairs and Emergency Management. If you have materials on site that require you to maintain a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) by OSHA, you may be required to file the annual Tier II report which is due March 1st of each year. US-EPA oversees the ‘Toxic Release Inventory’ (TRI), if you are required to file a Tier II, you may be required to file a TRI report and we recommend that an evaluation be completed. TRI reports are required annually and are due July 1st of each year, if threshold quantities are exceeded.
